Refund is possible when Item has been returned unopened , you must give shipping tracking,  then full refund will be issued once item has been received. Return Shipping is not included , must be paid for by the recipient, and will not be refunded. 

Repairs are lifetime guarantee, free, within reasonable damage, not by fault of wearer, return shipping applies. Item will be re shipped free of charge.
